Terms of Use

Service Rules, Responsibilities, and Limitations

This document defines the conditions under which Bonimdoo provides industrial timber kiln calibration, moisture content audits, and lumber seasoning consultancy. By engaging our services, you accept these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Bonimdoo provides specialized technical consultancy for industrial lumber seasoning. This includes thermal sensor calibration inside drying kilns, acoustic moisture content testing on hardwood stacks, and the design of custom airflow schedules. Our recommendations are based on site-specific data and industry standards.

Any service outside these defined areas requires a separate written agreement. We do not supply physical equipment or hardware; our work is strictly advisory and analytical.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide safe access to kiln sites, relevant operational data, and a designated technical contact. Accurate information about timber species, stack dimensions, and prior drying issues is essential for effective calibration and airflow planning.

The client is responsible for implementing the recommended adjustments and for maintaining their own equipment. Bonimdoo is not liable for operational failures resulting from unapproved modifications or neglected maintenance.

3. Liability & Limitations

Our recommendations are provided with professional diligence, but we do not guarantee specific drying outcomes due to variables beyond our control, including wood variability and environmental conditions. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendered.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, production losses, or defects arising from the use of our technical guidance. This limitation is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the notice date. Bonimdoo reserves the right to suspend services if the client fails to meet payment obligations or violates safety protocols.

Upon termination, any confidential data shared during the project remains protected under our confidentiality obligations. No further services will be provided after the effective termination date.

5. Modifications & Contact

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Significant changes will be communicated via the contact details provided in your service agreement.
